1. Did you make egg donation in your clinic?
Yes, we offer egg donation at our clinic. The egg donors are obtained
through a local (Phoenix, Arizona) egg donation agency, X Y Consulting. Their

2. Did you make this procedure also for foreign people?
Yes.
3. How does the procedure goes in your clinic (e.g. visits for
the couples, how long must they stay in your clinic, and so on, which
medicaments must the person take)?
The recipient of the egg donation spends in Arizona approximately 1 week. She
and her partner arrive 1 or 2 days before the egg retrieval, and depart Arizona
2 days after the embryo transfer.
Medications:
Egg donor: oral contraceptive pills, depot lupron (leuprolide acetate),
Gonal-F or Follistim (recombinant FSH or equivalent), and hCG.
Recipient: oral contraceptive pills, depot lupron (leuprolide acetate),
estradiol valerate, and progesterone.
4. How much embryos and in which stadium did you transfer the
embryos?
We usually transfer 2 to 3mbryos, and the transfer takes place on day 3 or 5
depending on the quality (grading) of the embryos. Good quality embryos are
grown to the blastocyst stage.
5. Did you make procedures like hatching and so on?
We offer sperm injection (ICSI) and assisted hatching.
6. How long is the waiting time?
There is no waiting time.
7. How much does it cost?
Testing usually performed prior to the IVF cycle (male, female, donor) costs
approximately $ 1730.00. The cost of an IVF cycle with egg donation (doesn't
include donor fees or medication costs) costs approximately $ 6800.00. Sperm
injection (ICSI) and or assisted hatching would be an additional cost. Egg
Donor: The cost of the donor services depends on the donor agency. We obtain our
donors through X Y Consulting of Arizona.
8. Did some one speak in your clinic german, or english?
English and Spanish spoken at the clinic.
